Dealing with roadblocks in technical SEO deployment

We all face roadblocks in SEO projects and in my experience moving technical projects can be even more challenging. In both agency and in-house environments I’ve come across many challenges with technical buy-in and have learnt a few ways of moving technical projects to production then to LIVE! I plan to run through a few good and bad examples with the hopes of sharing ideas on how to tackle the common challenges we face.
